Spirit of Grace, in collaboration with Travis Branam -Vocal Coalition (VOCO) & Colorado Children's Choir- began "Black Music Matters" in 2018. 3 very successful years of progress in the community were made through Black Music Matters. Sadly, the onset of the highly contagious Corona Virus put a stop (but not an end) to show production. Now, it's back on in full effect! 

After having sold out the History Colorado Museum twice for this event, the team was awarded the opportunity to put "Black Music Matters" on, at the Newman Center! 

Spirit of Grace & Travis Branham teams up with different school & community choirs and leaders. Together we work for months, educating the massive children's choir on the history of music & black influence and teaching them traditional and original music. Children grow in knowledge, in vocal talent & in confidence. Many go on to continue training vocally through "Vocal Coalition".
